Referees Marks
The following marks and responses are all required by the Football Association and are used for measuring and shaping the various programmes they promote and encourage.
The FA now requires us to split referees marks into 3 parts. Part 1 - Overall decision making (1- 40 marks). Part 2 - judgment of major decisions (1-30 marks). Part 3 - overall control (1-30).
Please fill out the boxes below accordingly. A total mark of 60 or below will require a low mark form to be completed.
